Hi, I am Mary-Lou & I’m married to Thys & we have beautiful 4 kids. We’ve been in Secunda since 1st August 2022. We love Secunda, this is our home.

I’m passionate about healthy living, seeking Gods ancient paths, baking sourdough bread & serving people. I value making nutritious food easily available to people, at reasonable prices.

I use the market fee to cover my running costs & delivery fees.

Remember there is no minimum order. If you’re new feel free to place a small order and test the Food Club to see if it works for you.
